Police Investigating Friday Night Assault in South St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD – St. Cloud Police are investigating an assault that happened near 8th Avenue and 9th Street South around 10:15 p.m. on Friday.

A 39-year-old man from St. Cloud was walking home when he was attacked by an unknown suspect.

The suspect was wearing a black bandana during the attack and there were 2-3 other men that participated. The victim had injuries that needed medical attention.

The attack is being investigated. Anyone with information is asked to contact St. Cloud Police at 320-251-1200 or the Tri County Crimestoppers at 320-255-1301.
