WAITE PARK - Police responded to an alarm of a bank robbery this (Sunday) morning.  The MidCountry Bank branch at 113 Waite Avenue South was robbed just before 11:00 a.m.

The suspect confronted employees inside the bank and demanded money.  The employees did what he asked and he left without hurting anyone.  He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white man, between 35 and 45 years old, about 6 feet tall, and weighing 250 pounds.  He was wearing a light blue or grey shirt and shorts.  He left in a early 2000 model silver grey Ford Mustang.
