Police Investigate Keying of a Vehicle

ST. CLOUD – Someone keyed a message of hate into the side of a vehicle.
The incident happened at about 12:20 p.m. on Friday.
The 19-year-old St. Cloud man says he has a sticker with the name of the country where he was born on the the car.
The incident happened in the 700 block of Anderson Avenue.
