PAYNESVILLE - Authorities are still looking for Ryan Clover, after he managed to escape capture last week in western Stearns County.

Paynesville Police Chief Paul Wegner says it's gone to more of an investigative search now, instead of an active search. Wegner says he's most likely left the Paynesville area.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is now leading the investigation, because he's a predatory offender.

A number of law enforcement agencies conducted an extensive search for Clover last week.

He's wanted on multiple felony warrants including terroristic threats, and for failing to register as a predatory offender. Clover is a white man, 28 years old, five-foot nine-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blue eyes and short brown hair.
