ST. CLOUD - Police arrested a Cold Spring man and are looking for another suspect after an alleged burglary at the Victoria's Secret in the Crossroads Mall.

The incident happened on Thursday just before 4:45 a.m. Officers were called by mall security for a forced entry into the store. Once they arrived, an officer saw a man running south from the mall.

The officer chased the man on foot and caught him one block from the scene. The man was arrested and identified as 32-year-old Timothy Prince of Cold Spring.

Prince is a convicted felon with several prior arrests and convictions for burglary and theft. He was taken to Stearns County Jail to face charges of 2nd degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and fleeing an officer on foot.

The arresting officer had minor injuries from the chase and was treated and released from St. Cloud Hospital.

A broken window at the Victoria's Secret suggests there was another suspect inside of the store. The entire mall was searched but the suspect wasn't found. Police say mall security interrupted the burglary, causing the suspects to flee.

The mall wasn't open at the time and the incident didn't affect store hours.

Police are still looking for the second suspect and anyone with information is urged to contact the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200 or the Tri-County Crimestoppers at 320-255-1301.
