Police Arrest BB Gun Toter For Terroristic Threats

A trespassing complaint resulted in the arrest of the accuser and citations for the alleged trespassers.

St. Cloud Police say they were called to the 1100 block of 12th Avenue South just before 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

The complainant, George William Rogers, had reportedly threatened the alleged trespassers with a BB gun. The trespassers stated that Rogers approached them on the sidewalk.

When officers arrived, Rogers still had a loaded BB gun on his person and stated he was protecting himself and his property.

Rogers was arrested for terroristic threats with a replica of a firearm and booked into the Stearns County Jail.

Both reported trespassers were cited for underage drinking.
