The Minnesota Wild begin their playoff run tonight in Denver against the Colorado Avalanche (8 PM, AM 1390).

The Avalanche had great success against the Wild this season, winning the regular season series 4-0-1.

The Wild finished the regular season with a 43-27-12 record and earned the top wild card spot in the Western Conference.
