Plan for CVS Pharmacy, DQ Gets Approval from Council
ST. CLOUD - A highly visible St. Cloud intersection is going to get a major overhaul.
The St. Cloud city council took action Monday night that will allow a planned redevelopment at the corner of Division Street and 25th Avenue.
The council's action included rezoning one lot from residential to commercial, and also removing the alley on the north end of that block.
The six lot area will include a CVS Pharmacy.
The plan also calls for tearing down the current Dairy Queen and building a new one on the site where Mexican Village Too now sits. The DQ has been at it's current location since 1949.
