Pierz Woman Hospitalized After Crash

LITTLE FALLS -- A 26-year-old woman was hurt in a crash in Little Falls Township shortly after noon today (Thursday).

The Morrison County Sheriff's Office reports that a pickup driven by 26-year-old Brandon Gadacz of Hillman rear-ended a FedEx delivery truck on Iris Road near 103rd Street.

The driver of the delivery truck, 34-year-old Kyle Janni of St. Cloud, was slowing down to take a right turn when the pickup crashed into him.

Gadacz says he did not see the delivery truck in front of him because a snow plow was passing by and caused a white-out.

The crash caused severe damage to the pickup and moderate damage to the delivery truck.

The passenger in the pickup, 26-year-old Kayla Wyatt of Pierz, was taken to St. Gabriel's hospital with unknown injuries.

Gadacz and Janni were not hurt in the crash.
