Pierz Man Pleads Guilty To Possessing Child Pornography

DULUTH -- A 48-year-old Pierz man has pleaded guilty of possession child pornography.

James Jaschke made his plea before the start of his federal trial in Duluth yesterday (Wednesday) morning.

Jaschke admitted that between August 31st and September 23rd he possessed to video tapes that contained images of a girl under the age of 12.

He faces a potential maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
