Phone Calls Lead to Arrest

ST. CLOUD -- A 25-year old St. Cloud woman has been charged with violating a domestic abuse no contact order.

Police were called to the 3200 block of 9^th Street North just before 9am on Thursday where an investigation revealed Candice Marie  Counter had allegedly violated the order by calling a  24-year old St. Cloud man 209 times during a two-day period.

Officers located Counter and placed her under arrest. She was booked into the Stearns County Jail awaiting a court appearance on the felony charge.
