Phillip Floyd LeMont, age 54, St. Cloud, MN, died Monday, September 14, 2015 at his home in St. Cloud.

A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN. Burial will be in Scambler Cemetery, Pelican Rapids, MN.

Phillip was born June 29, 1961 in St. Cloud, MN to Cleon and Kathryn (McCan) LeMont. He was employed as a pipefitter with Minneapolis Local 34 Union. Phillip enjoyed music and model cars and was especially good with his hands and fixing things.

Survivors include his mother, Kay LeMont of St. Cloud, MN; son, Travis LeMont of Little Falls, MN; daughter, Apalonia LeMont of St. Cloud, MN; brothers, Charles LeMont of St. Cloud, MN; Jerry (Dee) LeMont of Bonita Springs, FL; sister, Barbara (Joel Hess) LeMont of Ninilchik, AK; three grandchildren, Memphis, Kenleigh and Kaleb; and nephew and nieces, Chip, Edith and Naomie.

He was preceded in death by his father, and his dog and best friend, Homer.
