Meet Phoebe and Troy at the Tri-County Humane Society.

Meet Phoebe.

Phoebe is a 3 year old spayed female who is searching for a new family.

Ideally, she's looking for one that will let her independence shine through and appreciate a cat with a mind of her own.

She’s very curious by nature and enjoys watching wildlife through the window.

When she’s not batting toys around you might find her taking a nap in a cozy hiding spot.

Phoebe will let you know when she wants your attention and may take a little extra time to warm up to a new household.

Her fee would be waived for seniors and veterans.

Meet Troy.

Troy is a charming 14 year old Shih Tzu mix who is looking for a new family who can provide him a little extra TLC in his senior years.

He came to us because his previous owners were concerned about his health, but other than being blind he’s in pretty good shape and is enjoying life.

Troy depends on the touch and voice of his humans to help him get around.

He’s described as a true lap dog who thoroughly enjoys the company of his people.

Troy was housetrained in his previous home and got around just fine once he was familiar with the layout of the house.
