Pet Patrol: Meet Oakley And Sugar
Meet Oakley and Sugar at the Tri-County Humane Society.
Meet Oakley. Little Oakley is a 9 year old neutered Miniature Pinscher mix.
He came to the shelter because his owner started a new job which left little time to spend with Oakley. Oakley’s been around cats and other dogs, but could take them or leave them.
He had some dental issues when he came in so we sent him to have his teeth cleaned. His teeth were so bad he had to have them all pulled. No worries - he still eats hard food that’s been crushed up for him and he loves it. The good news is he’s now is pain free.
If allowed on the bed, he’ll snuggle right in with you.
Oakley is house trained and does best when he’s kept on a frequent schedule.
He’s also used to being crated when he’s left home alone.
Sugar is an 8 ½ year old cat who is as sweet as her name implies.
She keeps tabs on her people and will casually follow you around the house.
Once you settle down in a chair she’ll settle in with you and cuddle as close as she can.
Sugar likes to be warm and considers people an excellent source of heat.
Sugar prefers the company of adults or older children.
She qualifies for the Name Your Own Price promotion and would be free to a veteran or senior citizen.
