Meet Clara.

Clara is a 2 year old spayed Siamese mix with very pretty one-of-a-kind markings.

She spent the past several weeks in foster care and now that motherhood is done, she’s ready for a life of leisure in a new home.

While she was in foster care, Clara lived with other cats, dogs, and children of all ages.

She loved to cuddle and would follow her favorite person around the house.

We expect Clara to be a great pal for someone and be following her next favorite person around the house for many years to come.

She qualifies for the Name Your Own Price promotion and would be free to a senior or someone in the military.

Meet Scarlet.

Scarlet is a 2.5 year old Siberian Husky mix who came to the shelter to find a new home without chickens or other pets.

She was too bossy with the other dogs in the home. Other dogs may not be her cup of tea, but she’s definitely a people oriented dog and likes attention.

In fact, she ranks attention higher than dog treats. When bored, Scarlet’s been caught chasing her own tail for entertainment.

She’s house-trained and will nudge you when she has to go outside.

Ropes are her toy of choice and we’re told that she slept at the foot of the bed at night.

Like most Huskies, Scarlet needs daily exercise. Supervised exercise however – because if left to run, she’ll be gone like the wind!
