ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) - A man who authorities have called a person of interest in the 1989 abduction of a St. Joseph boy wants his trial on unrelated federal child pornography charges moved.

Attorneys representing 53-year-old Danny Heinrich asked a federal judge this week to move Heinrich's child pornography trial from Minneapolis.

Heinrich's attorneys also asked that evidence gathered during a search of his Annandale home be suppressed along with anything he told investigators last year.

Heinrich has pleaded not guilty to the child pornography charges and is scheduled to go on trial in July.

Authorities say they found the images while investigating the disappearance of Jacob Wetterling, who was 11 when he was kidnapped. Heinrich has not been charged in Jacob's unsolved abduction and has denied involvement.
