Pedestrian Hit By Vehicle, Not Hurt

ST. CLOUD -- A 42-year-old woman  was hit by a vehicle but not hurt while trying to cross the street this morning (Wednesday).

The St. Cloud Police Department says 61-year-old Norman Arthur was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

The victim was  walking south in a marked crosswalk when police say she was hit by Arthur. Arthur was making an eastbound turn onto Saint Germain Street West from Ninth Avenue North when the crash happened at about 10:00 this (Wednesday) morning.
