Pedestrian Hit by Car, Scuffles with Police

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police say a pedestrian was hit by a car, and then got angry with officers.

The incident happened just before 11:30 p.m. last (Sunday) night at the intersection of Highway 23 and Lincoln Avenue in east St. Cloud.

One officer was bit in the hand by the pedestrian.  The pedestrian was taken to St. Cloud Hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.  The driver of the vehicle is not expected to be charged.
