PAYNESVILLE -- Paynesville residents are asked to remain on the lookout for wanted felon Ryan Clover.

Several law enforcement agencies have been searching for Clover the last few weeks after he managed to escape capture in the Paynesville area.

Paynesville Police Chief Paul Wegner says they did receive a call of a suspiscious person at about 7:00 a.m. this (Tuesday) morning, in a neighborhood near the hospital.

When officers arrived the suspect fled the area on foot, but was later apprehended. Wegner says the individual was not Clover and details are limited.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is leading the investigation.

Clover's wanted on multiple felony warrants including terroristic threats, and for failing to register as a predatory offender. He is a white man, 28 years old, five-foot nine-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blue eyes and short brown hair.
