Pawlenty Announces Presidential Run on YouTube [VIDEO]

It's official -- Tim Pawlenty is running for president.  He announced it in the YouTube video below which was released today.

In the video, Pawlenty says "our country's in big trouble."  He says we have "far too much debt, too much government spending, and too few jobs."

And he calls out President Obama saying "we need a president who understands our problems are deep and who has the courage to face them."  Pawlenty says "President Obama doesn't.  I do."

Pawlenty is expected to announce his candidacy Monday in Iowa, but his video confirms what many have speculated for months -- that Pawlenty will indeed run for president.
