Paul Celestine Pohlkamp, 52, Monticello

Paul Celestine Pohlkamp, age 52, of Monticello passed away Friday, August 14, 2015.

Paul was born October 25, 1962 in Buffalo, MN to Andrew and Delrose (Aydt) Pohlkamp.

He graduated from St. Michael-Albertville High School in 1982. He worked numerous jobs throughout his life after graduation. He enjoyed NASCAR, softball, golfing, bowling, hunting, fishing, fish frys, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, and time spent with his family and friends. He dearly loved his nieces and nephews.

Paul was a baptized and confirmed in his faith at St. Michael Catholic Church in St. Michael, MN.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Delrose Pohlkamp; brother, David Pohlkamp; and nephew, Michael Pohlkamp.

He is survived by his siblings, Daniel (Connie) Pohlkamp, Elizabeth (Donald) Sipe, Joseph (Barbara) Pohlkamp, Suzanne (Danny) Reemts, Timothy (Tere) Pohlkamp; sister-in-law; Cindy Pohlkamp; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 18 from 4 to 8 P.M., with prayer service at 7:00 P.M., at the Peterson Chapel in St. Michael, MN.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Paul Pohlkamp will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 12:00 P.M., with visitation one hour prior, at St. Michael Catholic Church in St. Michael. Father Joah Ellis will be Celebrant.

Interment at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in St. Michael, MN at a later date.

Casket Bearers will be Adam Sipe, Matthew Pohlkamp, Larry Pohlkamp, Tyler Reemts, Jesse Schlosser, and Dave Pohlkamp.
