Patrol: Clear Lake Man Hurt When His Vehicle Was ‘Cut Off’ On Highway 10

CLEAR LAKE - A Clear Lake man was hurt in a crash. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just before 4:00 a.m. this (Wednesday) morning on Highway 10 in Sherburne County.

Nineteen-year-old Jovanne Garland-Milhauser was going east when he was cut off by a second car which was also going east, that caused Garland-Milhauser to serve off the road and come to a rest in a ravine.

He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
