Patrick “Pat” L. McAnally, 85, Sartell

April 8, 1929 - February 9, 2015

Memorial services for Patrick L. McAnally, 85, who passed away Monday February 9, 2015 at his home in Sartell, will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 16, 2015 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Friends and relatives may call one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Entombment will be at Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

Patrick was born April 8, 1929 in Austin, MN to John W. and Clara (Robinson) McAnally. On November 27, 1948 he married the love of his life, Evelyn E. Porter at St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Austin. He worked at the Hormel Food Corporation in Austin for many years as a union representative for Local P9.

Survivors include his daughters, Catherine (Craig) Moen of St. Paul and Sharon Jewell of St. Paul; sons, Dan (Michele) of St. Cloud and Tony (Terry) of Wasilla, AK; grandchildren, Barbara (Anthony) Gutierrez of Roscoe, IL, Nick (Anna) Moen of St. Paul, Jessica LaBrash of St. Paul, Gabriel Jewell of Rochester, Marian (Josh) Holtorf of Rochester, Kelsey (Paul) Bowden of Des Moines, IA, Brandon (Kate) McAnally of Omaha, NE, Jonathan McAnally of Milwaukee, WI, Cullen McAnally of Collegeville, Julie (Andy) LaMere of Minneapolis, Patrick McAnally of Anchorage, AK and Joe McAnally of Wasilla, AK; great grandchildren, Lucas, Sebby, Levi, Myla, Adeline, Rowan, London and Thomas; and brother, Bill of Austin, MN. He was preceded in death by his wife in 2001; parents and brothers, John, James, Joe, Paul and David.

The family wishes to thank all caregivers who assisted these past years, especially the staff at Legends at Heritage Place, his most recent home.
