WAITE PARK –  A local nonprofit organization is looking to give a fun night out to parents who have suffered the loss of a child.

From 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday) a benefit will be held at Grizzly’s Wood Fired Grill in Waite Park to raise money to give parents a free night out.

Brandon Gunderson is the general manager at Grizzly’s. He says the idea for Owen’s Night Out was inspired by a two-year-old boy who died tragically. Organization Founder Justin Ploof is friends with Owen’s parents. He treated them to a night away from grieving.
