Orvle J. Robison, age 92, Houston, TX, formerly of Harlingen, TX and St. Cloud, MN, died June 17, 2015 at University Place, Houston, TX.

Funeral services will be Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one-half hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.

Orvle was born February 20, 1923 in Coon Rapids, IA to Orvle R. and Elizabeth B. (Tremaine) Robison. He married Ruth Ella Knute on July 15, 1944 at First Presbyterian Church, Chicago, IL. Orvle served in the United States Army during World War II, from 1943 to 1945. He was employed as a regional manager for Armour and Company, retiring in June 1980. Orvle was a member of Treasure Hills Presbyterian Church in Harlingen, TX.

Survivors include daughter, Kristine (Paul) Woldy of Houston, TX; daughter-in-law, Deborah Robison of St. Petersburg, FL; sister, Beth Pierce of Panora, IA; granddaughters, Kate (Jim) Parker of St. Louis, MO; Diana (Patrick) Schilling of Chicago, IL; and two great grandchildren, Dylan and Wyatt Schilling.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Ruth on August 19, 2006, his son, John M. Robison on December 15, 1979, and three brothers.
