Only 6 Open Spaces Remain in 5th Avenue Live! Development

ST. CLOUD - Last week we told you that Brother's Bar and Grill was coming to the 5th Avenue Live! development.  It's the latest business to sign a lease at the project.  Developer Brian Schoenborn says they now have two of the four buildings in the North 100 block filled - Brothers and Cloud Coworking.  He says they're also very close to filling the 125 building.

The West 200 block of the development is three-quarters full - Chipotle, Noodles and Co., and Verizon will all be there.  Schoenborn says they have had interest in the final space in that building as well.

And, in the Coborn Plaza part of the project, 70% of the space is filled.  Three of the 10 spaces still need tenants.  Schoenborn says they're close to filling two of those spaces.  They are holding one unit for a major national food tenant.

Schoenborn is hopeful that they can have all six of the remaining spaces filled by this summer.
