One Day Closure on 5th Ave North Monday

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud street will be closed for several blocks Monday while crews unload equipment at the water treatment plant.

City officials will close 5th Avenue North from 4th Street North to 12th Street North.

The closure is only expected to last one day.
