One Arrest, On Ticket Issued During Traffic Stop

ST. CLOUD – One person was arrested, another ticketed, during a traffic stop.

St. Cloud police made the stop last Thursday at about 10:00 p.m. in the 3000 block of 14th Street South.  They say 22-year-old Kip Zneiwski of Foley had 4.7 grams of methamphetamine on him.  They also allegedly found prescription pills, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and other items associated with the sale of a controlled substance.

The driver of the vehicle was 20-year-old Jessica Peterson of Clearwater.  She also allegedly had drug paraphernalia on her. Peterson was given a ticket and released.

Zneiwski is being held in the Stearns County Jail.
