FOLEY -- A Cold Spring woman charged with killing her ex-husband in Sauk Rapids is being held on $3-million bond without conditions or $1-million dollars bond with conditions in the shooting death of her ex-husband.

38-year-old Angelina Omara has been transferred to Benton County from a South Dakota jail.

Omara is charged with one count of second degree murder. She is accused of shooting James Omara once in the head with a small caliber handgun. He was found dead of a gunshot wound inside his Sauk Rapids apartment November 1st.

Omara is also being investigated in the shooting death of her boyfriend Michael Pies whose body was found in an Ashland, Wisconsin hotel room a day later. No charges have been filed in that case yet, however.

Omara was arrested when she was spotted walking in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
