Official: Don’t Stress Out During The Holidays

Vincent says, if your stress becomes more severe and starts to affect your physical health — or you start to have thoughts of suicide — then you should seek professional help.
Vincent says patient visits at the Behavioral Health Service actually go down this time of the year, because most people try to put off their problems until after the holidays.
