November Weather Recap: Warm, Wet

UNDATED - November 2016 brought near record warmth to the region.

It was the 2nd warmest November on record in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud, and the 3rd warmest in Eau Claire.

Below normal snowfall was reported, however some locations reported above normal precipitation due to significant rainfall events.
