NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is meeting with Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton today to discuss the NFL contributing to the cost of a Viking Stadium.  The Vikings have come to an agreement with Ramsey County as a local partner to help build a $1.1 Billion dollar stadium in Arden Hills.  The Vikings have agreed to pay for 44 percent of the cost, Ramsey County would pay for 33 percent and the State of Minnesota would be responsible for 23 percent.  The State of Minnesota and the Vikings disagree on the cost of the road improvements that would be needed near the Arden Hills Stadium site.  The stadium proposal still needs to make its way through the state legislature.
