New York-Style Gyros Have Arrived in St. Cloud [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD - Gyros are popular everywhere, and now there's another place to order one in St. Cloud.

New York Gyro, located near the intersection of University Drive South and 10th Avenue will serve New York-style gyros, pita sandwiches, kebabs and burgers.

Qatar is the restaurant's owner. He said they opened on Sunday, and business has been nothing but steady ever since.

Qatar came to central Minnesota from New York and still owns a restaurant of the same name there. He says he made the decision to open another here in St. Cloud after visiting a friend.

New York Gyro will serve lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
