ROCKVILLE -- There's a new food truck rolling around town, Wild Willes Sandwich Shack.

What's unique about the food truck is that it's equipped with a full kitchen which allows the owners to have a more diverse menu selection.

They serve a variety of sandwiches, sides and desert options. Wild Wille's is perhaps best known for an entree they call,  "Buzzard Balls" which includes chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese and served with a homemade dipping sauce.

Owners Deb Wille and her husband Les own the Wild Wille's food truck. Deb has years of experience working in the food industry. She previously worked as a cook at Kay's Kitchen in St. Joseph where she says she learned a lot about cooking.

The couple decided to start up their own business as a side project in the summer months when they heard about a food truck for sale.

They bought the truck in Florida and decided to stay there through the winter. Deb and Les entered their, "Buzzard Balls" in a Food Network food truck competition which landed them second place.

Their bacon wrapped chicken balls were also featured on My Fox Orlando.

You can find Wild Wille's out at Lake George every Wednesday evening during the Summertime By George event.

Deb says if you don't want to wait around for Wednesday you can locate their truck by using their "Truck Finder" app.

The application tells you where the truck is located around Central Minnesota. You can also submit a request to have the sandwich shack stop in your area.
