St. Benedict’s Senior Center Breaks Ground On Sartell Location [AUDIO]

SARTELL -- Back in July we told you that CentraCare Health is building a new 100-unit senior apartment building in Sartell. Now today (Monday) ground has been broken on the site.

CentraCare Health is bringing a facility, much like that St. Benedict's Senior Community, to the Sartell area.

Robin Theis is the Administrator of housing and community services at St. Benedict's. She says the senior apartment building will have a resort style feel.

Chateau Waters will be located just off of Pinecone Road and Sentinel Court.

The senior apartment building will provide seniors will a number of amenities, including many indoor and outdoor functions.

St. Benedict's will continue to provide quality and exceptional senior services into the new facility.

Theis says they chose to grow in Sartell for a number of reasons including it's growing community.

Construction is expected to begin in Mid-April. Theis says they hope to be open by the summer of 2016.
