New Restaurant, “Dickey’s Barbeque Pit,” To Open In St. Cloud [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD – There’s a new BBQ restaurant setting up shop in St. Cloud.
Dickey’s Barbeque Pit is currently under construction, located on Division in the strip mall behind Red Lobster.
Dan Stuttgen is one of the owners of Dickey’s. He says he discovered the franchise during business travel and loved the food on the menu.

Stuttgen says they’re in the hiring phase right now and looking to fill 15 or 16 positions. Pat Fair, the hiring manager, says they want to build a mid-sized, dedicated staff.

Dickey’s is planning to be open in about three weeks. The franchise started in 1941 and now has over 140 locations nationwide.
