New Friends, Beer, And A Jam Session At Beaver Island Brewing

ST. CLOUD - Relax, drink a beer, and play some music. Beaver Island Brewing Company  is now hosting a musical jam session on Sunday afternoons from 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. The music is centered around a mix of Americana and blue grass.

Co-Owner of Beaver Island Brewing Nick Barth says the event is open to many different instruments and skill levels.

"It's everything from banjo's and mandolins, to fiddles,  a German stand-up bass and a lot of guitars. The skill range is from novices ,who usually just play to their kids, to professional musicians."

 

The event started as a way for local musicians to come together. Now they can collaborate with each other and help one another in the local music scene.

Anyone is welcome to come watch or join the Beaver Island Brewery jam session.
