New Commissioners Sworn In, Board Chair Chosen

ST. CLOUD -- Two new Stearns County commissioners were sworn into office today.  A new chairman and vice chair were also chosen.

Jeffrey Mergen and Mark Bromenschenkel took the Oath of Office at the start of the board meeting.

Bromenschenkel will serve District 2 and Mergen will represent District 3. Their terms will expire in 2015.

The new chairman of the board for 2011 is Don Otte and the Vice Chair is DeWayne Mareck.
