New 7th Judicial District Judge Sworn In [AUDIO,VIDEO]

FOLEY -- A new judge was sworn in at the Benton County Courts Facility Friday afternoon in Foley.

Robert Raupp was appointed by Governor Mark Dayton to replace James Hoolihan who has retired.

A standing room only crowd showed their support for Raupp who now serves in the seventh judicial district.

Raupp says he is thankful for the community's support.

Raupp is originally from Wisconsin. He's spent most of his career working as a Benton County Attorney.

The new judge is in charge of ten counties including Benton, Stearns and Todd.
