National Report Ranks St. Cloud As ‘Top Performing” City

ST. CLOUD - A new report has named St. Cloud as one of the "top performing" cities in the U.S. The Milken Institute ranks St. Cloud at number 26 on their list for small cities.

The Index ranks U.S. metropolitan areas by how well they are creating and sustaining jobs and economic growth. The components include job, wage and salary, and technology growth.

St. Cloud is the highest ranked Minnesota city on the list, just ahead of Rochester at number 27.  Around the region, Fargo is ranked number one, Bismark is number four, and Sioux Falls is number 24.
