Nancy Davis Oliphant, 77, Pillager

June 23, 1937 - September 10, 2014

Nancy Davis Oliphant, 77, of Pillager, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at her home. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are welcome to gather one hour prior to services.

Nancy was born June 23, 1937 in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of Rolf and Signe Larson. Following school, Nancy worked as a clerical assistant in the Healthcare Industry in addition to raising her family. After the passing of her first husband, Nancy married Galen in 1980. Nancy loved to dance and enjoyed knitting, but most of all she loved to spend time with her family – leaving her family many memories to cherish.

She will be missed by her husband, Galen; children, Dawn (Mark) Steensgard, Steve (Holly) Davis, Doug (Rose) Davis, Troy (Connie) Davis, and Darla (Dan Little) Davis; 12 grandchildren, Jessica Ross, Sarah Stock, Melissa Duke, Jason Steensgard, Dan Davis, Stacy Davis, Lisa Doucette, Trish Gabrelcik, Natasha White, Brittany Davis, Gennifer Anderson, and Alexandra Davis; and four great-grandchildren, Jaxon White, Clyde Ross, Evelyn Gabrelcik, and Emmett Duke. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Darrell Davis; and her sister, Joyce (Earl) Johnson.
