Myron Danielson, age 82, of Foley, died Sunday, October 5, 2014 at the Foley Nursing Center.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM Friday, October 10, 2014 at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, Foley. The Rev. Timothy Wittwer will officiate. Burial will be in the Ronneby Riverside Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 Thursday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and one hour prior to the service at the church. Prayers services will be at 5 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home. Service with Dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.

Myron Danielson was born October 20, 1931 in Maywood Township, Benton Co., Minnesota to Arthur and Mabel (Johnson) Danielson. He married Frances Hutton on October 4, 1958 at Central Lutheran Church, Minneapolis. The coupled lived all of their married life in Maywood Township where Myron farmed. He also worked at Franklin/Electrolux in St. Cloud for 35 years. He was a US Army Veteran. Myron enjoyed spending time with his family, especially celebrating birthdays and holiday gatherings. He looked forward to the fall season and enjoyed hunting and fishing and seeing the fall colors. Myron never missed a fall dinner and lutefisk and lefsa were his favorite. He was a life-time member of Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church and the Machinist Union, Local 623.

He is survived by his wife, Frances, Foley; daughter and sons; Janice Danielson (Phyllis Moore), Stockton, CA; Joel (Gladys), Miami, FL; Frank (Karen), Baxter and sister, Verna (Harley) Johnson, New London, MN, grandchildren; Lazaro Danielson, Greg Inting and Ann, Jacob & Rachel Danielson, great grandchildren; Joshua, Sarah & Brian Danielson and Noah Inting.

He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother, Arthur Earnest and brother, Dale Danielson.
