Monticello Man Hurt After Driving Into Stoplight

ST. MICHAEL -- A Monticello man was hurt after driving into a stoplight this (Thursday) morning.

The incident happened just after 7:00 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 241 and Lincoln Drive in Wright County.

The state patrol says 36-year-old Daniel Banyai was heading east on Highway 241 towards Lincoln Drive, veered to the right and hit a stoplight pole.

Banyai suffered non life threatening injuries in the crash.
