Monticello Man Drowns In Big Lake Township Swimming Pool

BIG LAKE TOWNSHIP - A 26-year-old Monticello man drowned in an in-ground pool.

The Sherburne County Sheriff's Department says deputies were called to the home in Big Lake Township at about 3:45 a.m. on Sunday.

Emergency responders performed CPR on Riley Karn, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.  The death remains under investigation, but no foul play is suspected.  The Ramsey County Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy.
