Monster Truck Event At Benton County Fairgrounds

SAUK RAPIDS — The Benton County Fairgrounds will be blaring with the sounds of high-powered engines this weekend as the Monster Truck Summer Meltdown comes to Sauk Rapids.

The two-day event will have some of the biggest and most powerful monster trucks in the world. Some of the trucks competing include Bad Habit, Barbarian and Bounty Hunter.

There will also be motorcross and snowmobile freestyle jumpers and other freestyle riders.

The events are Friday and Saturday with a pit party from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and the shows starting at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $17 in advance and $19 at the gate. Kids under 12 can get tickets for $9 in advance or $12 at the gate.

Advance tickets are available at Wingnut Tattoo and Mustang Signs and Graphics in St. Cloud.
