Monica Jedlicki, age 89, of Foley, died Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the Foley Nursing Center.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at St. John's Catholic Church, Foley. The Rev. Daniel Walz will officiate. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 Tuesday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and one hour prior to the service at the church. Parish Prayers will be 6 PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Service with Dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.

Monica Jedlicki was born May 9, 1926 in Granite Ledge Township, Benton Co. to Casmir and Elizabeth (Brenny) Sadowski. She married Fabian Jedlicki on January 4, 1945 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church in Brennyville and the couple celebrated 62 years of marriage together. She had lived all of her life in the Foley area and worked at the Benton County Courthouse for several years. She farmed with her husband all her married life. Monica was a 4-H leader, enjoyed gardening and canning, playing cards and cribbage and doing puzzles. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting with friends. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church and the St. John's Christian Mother's. The family would like to thank the Foley Nursing Center for all of the care and compassion they showed our mother during this time.

She is survived by her sons and daughters; Elizabeth 'Joyce' (Mike) Seitz, Cave Creek, AZ; Rudy (Cindy), Black Canyon City, AZ; Harry (Renee), Wyoming, MN; Colleen (Gary) Dehler, Tempe, AZ; Donna (Doug) Muyres, Bemidji; Martin (Julie), Mayer, MN; Roy, El Mirage, AZ; Carl (Cherri), Ogilvie; Karen (Van) Fouquette, Sauk Rapids; 25 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Connie Novak, Foley; Grace Seppelt, Foley; Edna Roehl, Milaca and a brother, Norbert Sadowski, Sauk Rapids. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Fabian, son, Frank and sisters, Elizabeth Sadowski, Phyllis Moulzolf and brothers, Raymond and Fabian Sadowski.
