ST. CLOUD -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation is holding a second round of public meetings to get feedback on the 2015 update of the Minnesota State Rail Plan.

The plan is MnDOT's initiative to enhance the freight and passenger rail system in Minnesota. The Statewide Rail Plan will guide future transportation decisions and create priorities for improving the rail system into the future.

This round of public meetings will discuss components of the draft plan update and to gather more input on the plan's direction.

There will be a public meeting tomorrow (Thursday) from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in room 106 at the St. Cloud Public Library.
