ST. PAUL (AP) - Minnesota revenue officials are warning taxpayers not to use some popular tax return programs including TurboTax.

The Department of Revenue said Friday the software company Intuit discovered problems with some of their tax return products, including TurboTax, Lacerte, Intuit online and ProSeries. Officials say those issues could delay tax refunds or make them inaccurate.

It wasn't clear whether the problems affected returns beyond Minnesota. Intuit didn't immediately respond to calls and emails seeking comment. Minnesota officials planned a conference call later Friday.

They advised anyone who has already filed a tax return with Intuit software should call the company at 1-866-888-4609. The Department of Revenue has a list of safe programs to use listed on its website at http://www.revenue.state.mn.us
