Minnesota Man Pleads Guilty in Rape Posted on Facebook

ST. PAUL -- A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to a sexual assault on a 15-year-old girl that was recorded and posted on Facebook.

Twenty-one-year-old Lavell Anthony Hollenbeck, of Maplewood, pleaded guilty Friday to first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The complaint says the girl was at a friend's house with four juvenile male friends last October when she first met Hollernbeck. The group began drinking and she blacked out. When she woke up there the next morning, she was not wearing pants or underwear and had bruises.

Five days later at school, she learned someone had posted a sex video on Facebook. The complaint says it shows Hollenbeck raping her, while the others covered her mouth as she told him to stop.

Sentencing is Jan. 13.
