Mildred Mary Gangl, age 79, of Richmond, MN passed away at Country Manor in Sartell on December 18, 2016.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Benson Funeral Home, 1111 25th Ave. South, St. Cloud MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.

Born February 20, 1937 to John and Mamie (Nelson) Perlinger, Mildred was a family woman and homemaker. Known for not filtering her thoughts, Millie was funny, direct, and unapologetic. With a quick wit and sharp tongue, she would always brighten up a room with constant laughter and great conversation. Even though she kept things light, Millie was never afraid to tell you exactly what you needed to hear, no matter how harsh it sounded. Her life was dedicated to supporting and helping her children and grandchildren. As a life-long homemaker, Millie loved working on her home, having garage sales, and getting the most out of everything she owned or purchased.

Loving wife of her late husband Norbert Gangl (1975), she is survived by their three great children; Alan Gangl, Deborah Gangl, and Dean Gangl, as well as seven grandchildren; Jackie, Jody, Dylon, Adam, Lacy, Tyler, and Gage.
